RETURN POLICY

Purchases made November 1-January 31 are eligible for a refund/return for 60 days from the date of purchase. All limitations and exclusions apply.

Dyehard Fan Supply is proud to offer a money back guarantee and will gladly accept returns if you are unhappy with your product for any reason within 30 days of the purchase, as long as we are in-stock of the item purchased with the exception of game worn, customized, or closeout items.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be processed by your bank or credit card company, however, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you still have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at cs.auburn@dyehardfansupply.com.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced and current sale items may be refunded, unfortunately closeout sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable): We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. For fastest exchanges, we recommend you place a new order for the item you'd like then return the unwanted item for a refund. This way you can be sure we have what you'd like, and we can send your new item out right away. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in the case of damaged or defective products. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee returns lost in transit.

Game worn, closeout, and custom items are final sales and not eligible for refunds.
